We are always available to answer any questions you may have about EZ Medical Wraps. Below you will find some questions that we find are asked most often along with their answers. Remember, we are not your doctor or physical therapist so if you have a question related to your health or lymphedema in general, please contact your physician.

  • What sizes do EZ Medical Wraps come in?

    Everything we make is custom sized based off of the measurements sent in by our customers. We are able to accommodate almost any situation. Every piece, including the foam, the sleeves and short stretch wraps are all custom made.


    We are able to help the most people possible this way, including children and very large adults. If you have a question pertaining to a specific need of your client please fill out the form at the bottom of this page to contact us.

  • What measurements do you need?

    We only accept orders using our measurement chart. Be sure to download the file to your computer before making any changes. Open the document on your computer and add measurements. Then save and upload the new file with your order.

  • Do you accept insurance?

    No, in order to keep our costs low (for those without insurance coverage) we have chosen to remain private pay.  If your patient needs to work out a payment plan, we are always happy to accommodate as best we can.


    Some insurance companies have been known to reimburse the invoiced amount to put toward the patient's deductible. Ask your insurance provider if they will cover any of the medical garments purchased.

  • How long does it take to get them in?

    The time from order to the delivery is anywhere between 3 and 10 days, averaging 7  business days.

  • What is the maximum size you are able to accommodate?

    We can make a garment for a leg that is 75'' in circumference or smaller.

  • What is the difference between 2-piece and 4-piece full legs?

    This all depends on lifestyle. If you are a very active person, like me, I recommend a 4-piece full leg. I wear my lower leg (without the upper) during the day and wear lower and upper while I sleep. This works for me but everyone is different. Think about your day to day life and decide whether you would benefit from being able to wrap lower leg and thigh independently.

  • What if I reduce enough that the foam is too big?

    First off, great work! We can send you a new back piece (the grey foam) with your new measurements for $25 plus shipping.

  • What if it wears out? Can I buy a replacement front?

    If you need a new piece of front foam we can make you a new on for $20 plus shipping.

  • How long do they last?

    I have had mine for over 14 months and I still wear them everyday. If you need to wash your foam on a regular basis it will wear out sooner.

  • How often do you wash?

    This is a personal preference. Here is my routine:


    I wash my Stay-Dry Sleeves every two days, and every day in the summer (it is best to have two sets, wear one wash one).


    The Foam Compression Wraps don't really get dirty since they are protected from sweat by my sleeves and the outside is wrapped in Short Stretch Wraps so I only wash my foam every 2 months or so.

  • When should I reorder Short Stretch Wraps?

  • What is your return policy?

    Please be advised that we typically do not accept returns if the products have been used, unless it is found to be defective (i.e. manufacturer defect, etc.). Federal law requires that all garments worn next to the skin be laundered before being returned. Any garment returned in soiled condition cannot be inspected, and will be sent back to you unevaluated. It is our policy that no refunds are given on products; however, we can work with you to provide alternate or replacement products depending on the situation.


    At EZ Medical Wraps, we are here to assist you in providing products to best meet your needs. If the product does not fit properly due to the measurements provided by the purchaser, EZ Medical Wraps cannot refund the purchase. If you would like to order a new size, contact us at 321-961-0201.


    If the returned merchandise is determined to be defective, EZ Medical Wraps, at their discretion, may replace the merchandise.

  • If I have a red spot  or open wound, what should I do?

    See your physician.

  • Where are your products made?

    All of our raw materials (with the exception of our short stretch wraps) are made in the United States. All of our manufacturing, packaging and shipping are done in the United States as well and we are VERY proud of that!
